Objective: Further develop the framework and modify workplan for CCTF:

  1. Draft ecosystem climate conceptual model

  2. Draft ecological and socioeconomic indicators of climate change.

  3. Draft table of climate-management risks and adaptations by species or focal components

  1. Begin to draft list of short-medium and long-term projects and scenarios to explore

  2. Develop one-page template and tasking for climate knowledge briefing reports

  1. Draft agenda for proposed Climate Knowledge Briefing 1 meeting in May and Climate Knowledge Briefing 2 workshop with LK TK taskforce.  Discuss the possibility of a Norton Sound case study. Or suggest other case studies? What can CCTF provide to use NSRKC as a useful case study? What are other case study ideas (e.g. Cod?)

  2. Review and revise deliverables and progress tracking mechanisms and update workplan.
