The Ecosystem Committee is seeking input on development of a purpose and need and alternatives for a Programmatic EIS. All ideas are welcome and may be provided in any format. A discussion prompt is linked below, with questions to help frame the work on the Programmatic and assist the Committee in developing a purpose and need statement and identification of alternatives for the Council. Feel free to use these questions as a starting place, or provide your ideas in any format, as you see fit. Written submissions will be accepted until the day before the meeting, and a significant portion of the morning will be reserved for public input.
