Salmon Bycatch Genetics Workshop
April 15-16, 2019 8am-5pm
Traynor Room, Alaska Fisheries Science Center, Seattle, WA

The purpose of the workshop is to facilitate feedback on how stock composition reports can be improved to better inform industry bycatch avoidance efforts. The workshop will also facilitate development of the appropriate spatial and temporal resolution of stock identification, and other associated analyses that could be used by stakeholders to minimize salmon bycatch. The Council will be provided a summary report of results from the workshop in June 2019.
