The Ecosystem Committee is seeking input on the intial draft Purpose and Need and alternatives for a Programmatic EIS. All ideas are welcome and may be provided in any format. The initial draft Purpose and Need can be found in the "Reference Information" section below. Written comments can be submitted using the "Comment Now" option on this page. If possible, please submit comments by 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 03, 2023 to allow Staff and Committee members time for review before the meeting. Written submissions will, however, be accepted until the day before the meeting. A significant portion of the morning will be reserved for public comment.
